This week it’s the annual Convergence South Exhibition – sorry, Summit – where the VoIP industry gathers to try to sell each other stuff, get sore feet and a tiny bit tipsy of an evening. ITSPA has an afternoon session there on fraud where Voipfone has a slot. VoIP fraud is a big and growing problem for the industry and needs to be flushed out into the open and the sooner the better.
