We are looking for a web developer to join our growing team responsible for both our customer-facing websites and internal back-office systems.

We develop all our products internally, so you will have the opportunity to work on numerous projects. Whether you will be extending the functionality of existing software or building brand new features and services, the role is guaranteed to be varied and interesting.

Voipfone runs a virtual office, meaning all our employees work from home (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 UK time), so self-motivation and reliability are essential qualities. We will supply all the computer equipment, telephony and Internet services required, and you must have a secure and quiet space in your home from which to work.

Desired Skills & Experience

Applicants will be required to have the following skills and experience:

Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
JSON
Relational Databases (MySQL)
Git version control
Ability to write clean, well-organised and documented code
An eye for detail, good design and aesthetics

The following skills would be useful but not required:

React, Backbone, jQuery
Jinja templates
Artistic skills, image editing, graphics
Writing skills
